Return Policy

  1. Eligibility: We accept returns within 7days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, unused and the shrink wrap should be intact.
  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team on whatsapp at +91-9686487047 or support@nikolabrands.com. Provide your order details, reason for return, and any supporting documentation or images, if applicable. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions. 
  3. We will generate a pick up from your address with our trusted delivery partner, OR, once the return request has been acknowledged we can share our warehouse address with you and you can send the product to our warehouse.
  4. We do not offer returns on bulk orders. (Orders above 5 quantities are counted as a bulk)

Damaged or incomplete product

We understand that accidents may happen during shipping and transit. If your product arrives damaged or with missing parts, please contact our customer support team immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Refunds

We will refund your account (less return shipping fees) once your returned product has been delivered to our warehouse and passes the quality check. 
The customer could choose to either ship the order to the return address, or the shipping handling charges will be deducted from the refund amount and the reverse pickup will be arranged by us.
For Prepaid orders, your refund will be processed and the amount will be returned to the source of payment. (The source is defined as whichever payment method you choose while completing the transaction). The refund will reflect in the source account between 7 to 14 days from the date of approval of the return request.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

2. Quality and Product Information: We take pride in sourcing and offering high-quality products. We strive to present all product details, including dimensions and utility aspects of the product, within the product description. Please note that exchange or returns due to personal preferences such as disliking the product, the product theme, or subjective quality assessments will not be accepted. We kindly request our customers to thoroughly review all details provided before placing an order or reach out to us if you need any clarity, we’re happy to help!
